Larry “Smiley” Kleiman is a U.S. veteran who served two tours in Vietnam. He now volunteers at his local fire department as a firefighter and an EMT.

Despite not having the money to afford dental work, Dr. Michael Tischler of Teeth Tomorrow heard his story and offered to give the veteran a full set of pearly whites free of charge.
“They’re giving up their lives for our freedom,” Tischler said. “And to have a gentleman like this that had two tours in Vietnam, which was a horrible war… We felt good helping him. And today feels really good.”
