If you’ve ever wondered who’s underneath the costumes at Disneyland and what kind of person takes that job, one TikToker found the answer to that question is simple: sweethearts.
Jessica Moore shared an unforgettable reaction where Woody the cowboy from Toy Story realizes that her daughter was deaf, and begins to communicate in American Sign Language.
The now-viral moment has garnered over 1 million views after she posted it on her account. The interaction isn’t long—it can’t be with a line of children waiting to see Woody, but goodness knows it probably made both their days.
“My kids had so much fun. Our family saw Woody doing a meet-and-greet and waited our turn to get his picture,” Moore said about the day according to Storyful.
“I grabbed my phone as fast as I could and started recording the moment,” Jessika said, adding, “Woody made her day.”

Woody from Toy Story must be real and likes greeting people in the community. I really wish that would happen in Melbourne Australia. It would be really surprising if it ever happened in Australia for a meet and greet. If Woody had a friend for example Buzz LightYear or Jesse, they would also want to meet the kids who love Toy Story and give them a nice enjoyable hug. They made Toy Stories 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the moment and in June 2026, Toy Story 5 will be coming out and it’s going to be I’m sure exciting to see it. Toy Stories are a great and an enjoyable movie to watch.
