People are going nuts over what this sweet teacher did for his anxious students.
Brian Johnston is an English teacher at Clear Springs High School in League City, Texas. As his students prepared to take a grueling 3-hour Advanced Placement (AP) exam, he decided to help them out by making them snacks.
“Students are usually absolutely exhausted for the rest of the day after these exams,” Johnston told TODAY. “They have to go in with something in their oven.”

So with a jar of JIF in hand, along with a few loaves of whole grain bread, Johnston set up shop in the school’s hallway and offered peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to any of the students who wanted one.
He says that he went with the classic lunchtime sandwich because the ingredients were affordable and he knew that he could quickly make them on the spot.
It’s a good thing that he did, too, because Johnston estimates that he ended up making fifty sandwiches in total.
