Hip hop artist Snoop Dogg may talk big game, but this most recent gesture of kindness shows off his heart of gold instead.
While being interviewed last Tuesday on Jimmy Kimmel Live! for his new album Neva Left, Snoop surprised the talk show host with a massive donation to Children’s Hospital LA where Jimmy’s son receives treatment.

“This is your show Jimmy, but I wanted to surprise you with something special,” said Snoop. “I saw you speak on your son as far as his health. So I wanted to come out here and make a donation to the hospital. We just want to make sure that we’re looking out for the next kid that may need that help.”
Kimmel first revealed his son’s condition in April during a tearful opening monologue for his show. His son, William Kimmel, was diagnosed with severe heart defects only hours after being born and underwent an emergency surgery. Thankfully, he has recovered.
And now thanks to Snoop’s donation, the next child who enters the hospital will be able to receive the same superb amount of life-saving care.
