Teens need around 9 hours of sleep a night. It’s very hard for them to get this (with their busy lives, early school start, homework, etc) but this is what their developing bodies and minds need in order for them to function at their best.
I totally agree. Always said it’s the quality of time you spend at work (or school). Doing this would help the traffic a lot too.
