The Rockefeller Foundation is spending $97 million on the digital scene in Africa as part of its ongoing initiative to create jobs for young Africans in the rapidly growing information and communications technology sector.
The plan intends to use a technology bridge as a pathway out of poverty for 1 million unemployed youth (15-35) in six countries, according to the Rockefeller Foundation website.
