The company is donating their Bioshield face masks to the nonprofit Caravans For Farmworkers who are protecting farmworkers from being exposed to particulates and polluted air due to California/Oregon wildfires. They’ve also provided to government agencies fighting fires and working on the COVID-19 front lines.
These Bioshield face masks, which are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for free within 1-2 days, cost $29. The Bioshield Pro for first responders includes 1″ elastic bands in a specially designed strap system for secure fit and comfort all day, and feature a rugged exterior fabric that is water-resistant and anti-bacterial—and, at $39, they, too, are reusable and washable.

This is one of the BEST investments I ever made! I have the Basic Mask. I never, ever thought I would need it for anything except the virus. However, there was a fire nearby in the mountains surrounding Mt. St. Helens and I evacuated and then returned. The air quality was as bad as Portland, OR for two days being the worst in the world! It rated a Hazard for almost a week, almost off the chart. Then still dangerous after that! I wore this Amazing mask 24/7 inside my home for almost five days. (I am 71 and guided to stay inside). Every time I took it off to eat or drink water, I could smell smoke inside my home, even with the great air purifier running 24/7! I easily slept with it on! I wrote to inquire about the flat wire around the nose mine did not have in the new description. (I had the first version evidently.) This wonderful woman sent me an upated version and included more I shared with a friend also in the hazardous smoke! These people rock and so does their incredible mask, which I also wore while driving to evacuate and come home as well. Lots of smoke still, even after we were down to Level 1.
