A security camera caught “Dancing Litter Guy” turning a Milwaukee, Wisconsin street into a dance floor while he picked up trash along the curb outside the Avalon Theater.

Theater employees mixed in Michael Jackson’s “Ease on Down The Road” from the movie “The Wiz.”
Local paper, the Milwaukee Record gave the unknown do-gooder his nickname and called him “The Hero Milwaukee Needs.”
