Two New Jersey sisters were squealing with delight Thursday after hearing back from President Obama who immediately responded to their heart-tugging letter for help.
Kate and Maggie Traina, ages 14 and 11, wrote to the President about their grandparents’ Staten Island home, which was demolished by Hurricane Sandy:
Dear Presedent Obama,
I am 11 years old and in the 6th grade. I hope you can make a difference in Staten Island. My grandma and grandpas house was all over the news.
