Instead of buying corporate jets and paying himself millions as CEO, the Japan Airlines’ chief, Haruka Nishimatsu, puts his money and time into his relationship with employees. Anyone can walk into his office at anytime, which demonstrates that his philosophy is about building a cohesive team as their leader, but acting as their partner.

I am in awe! This model of leadership can be shared at the top corporate levels and political levels of all countries around the world!
Excellent, this is the true spirit of socialism. People not being forced to comply with socialistic principles as was the case in the former Soviet Union, but taking personal responsibility for other people’s welfare independently, as a free choice. Maybe this man will start a peaceful revolution from the top. People just need to come to terms with happiness not being outside in multiple material items, but in the heart and mind.
Now that is a case of respect earned.
