Encouraging news about the elusive Florida panther is found in a new report released by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, which says that the number of panthers has tripled in the last 20 years. Back in the early 90’s there were believed to be only 35 of the endangered cats left in the wild. Now researchers count as many as 100.
