It can be used to cook food, moisturize skin, and treat infections. With all of these benefits, it’s hard to imagine why you wouldn’t add coconut oil to your life.

Wow. I am adding coconut oil to my grocery list right now!
I remember it was not favored decades ago, because it is a saturated fat… but this article turned me into a believer.
(Plus, TV chefs on The Chew love it.)
it is good as a mouthwash too believe it or not… google oil swishing
I believe that… Article says its anti-bacterial. I LOVE the smell, so it might be good to try.
I will have to incorporate it into my lifestyle.
Organic coconut oil is one of the greatest product for skin because you can use it in so many different ways, and theres no “bad extra” in it – for example parabens or other harmful addities, which are really common in traditional body lotions, deodorants and skin cleanising products.
I use it almost every day to treat my skin, and within only few months my skin has been trough a dramating change – no more itching, straching, or dryness. I have really sensitive skin which use to get allergig reactions very easily and red spots all around my body – thats how it used to be 🙂 It has also soothen my cellulite a bit. Only place I wouldnt recommend it to use is face since oil might be a little too greasy, although some people really like it.
When it comes to removing makeup, theres no product that can beat this. Its hard to believe since organic coconut oil is so cheap compared to branded cosmetic production. I spread it with cottonwool all over my face (then properly wash it away). Now my face is in the best condition so far, thanks to coconut oil.
At kitchen I havent used coconut oil so far since extra virgin olive oil has served me well..
But I really recommend you all to give organic coconut oil a try! It will propably save your skin and moneys aswell 🙂
Thanks for the information, Saniee. Great testimonial and advice… 🙂
