Over 17,000 LEGO employees worldwide are receiving an extra month’s salary in January – a fantastic holiday gift to say thank you for contributing to the company’s growth over the last 10 years.
The reward is apparently not to be viewed as a bonus, but as compensation for LEGO’s 18% growth since this period last year.
In addition, all employees will receive their regular bonuses in March.

“It’s an incredibly good performance and a result of the hard work that more than 17,000 Lego employees around the world have done,” Jørgen Vig Knudstorp, CEO of the Denmark firm, reported in September, according to The Copenhagen Post.
